Roughly speaking, There are two mode of operations. The first one is to agree on what is the work, what is the exit criteria, and how much it costs upfront. This is suitable for work that is well-scoped, such as installation planning or bug fixes. The other one is based on hourly rate, and thus more suitable for small work and open-ended work/research that is difficult to predict upfront.

Typical services include:

  • Priority bug fixes and feature development, if you have discovered issues in Hudson that require a quicker resolution, or you need a particular feature quickly.
